Local fiber provider awarded contract to build fiber infrastructure and deliver internet service throughout new Point Clear development
BAY MINETTE, Ala. — August 17, 2026 — HighStream Fiber has been selected to provide fiber-optic infrastructure and internet services for Point Clear Club, a new private club and residential community being developed in Point Clear, Alabama.
Through the agreement, HighStream Fiber will construct fiber infrastructure to serve Point Clear Club facilities as well as residential homes throughout the development, providing gigabit, reliable connectivity needed to support the community now and well into the future.
About the Point Clear Club Development
Point Clear Club is a private, members-only community in the historic Point Clear area of Fairhope. The development is planned to include approximately 310 homesites along with an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Tom Fazio, a clubhouse and grille, wellness facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, croquet lawns, trails and other recreational amenities.
